Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to get your pieces to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@lockedincollective.com within two hours of placing your order and include your order number and requested update.

While we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or production.

To begin an exchange or store credit request, email us at hello@lockedincollective.com. We ask that requests be made within 7 days of delivery, with photos included and the item unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

For exchanges, a shipping fee applies to send your new item. For store credit, you'll receive the item's value, less original shipping, valid for 90 days from the date it's issued.

Once your return arrives with us, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

We want you to love your Locked In pieces. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at hello@lockedincollective.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging so our team can help make it right as quickly as possible.

We’ll review everything and be in touch within 48 hours with next steps.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. At this time, we’re unable to split shipments.

If you’d like to receive an in-stock piece sooner, we recommend placing it as a separate order.

We offer local pickup every Wednesday, from 4 to 6pm, in Kirkwood, MO. Specific location will be emailed to you the week of pick-up. If this time frame does not work, please select shipping when checking out.

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. To be included in that week's pickup, your order must be placed by Monday at 5pm. Orders placed after that cutoff will be included the following week.

If you're unable to make your Wednesday window, your order will simply roll to the next week's pickup. If a pickup is missed two weeks in a row, we'll ship your order to you, with a shipping fee applied.
